wowowow is 3pm already........
太夸张了啦。原本想去健身的,可是天呀3 点钟才起床。应该是前几天太迟睡的关系吧。
上网,看戏,做show,yamcha, 造成我迟睡吧!!!
有时间真的要休息啦,要不然对身体真的不好,做事也没有精神。
If not enough sleep sometime will be very dangerous when u work, coz u lost your focus then if thing come to worst ....ohoh....accident will happen oh.....
so pls rest more, make your life more beautiful n health.......
